Recreation and Parks Committee

The Recreation and Parks Committee has been the driving force behind the creation of the
Campton Township
Community Park.

Working tirelessly, Committee members past and present have guided, nurtured, and engineered the Park's growth. 

From the beginning, the Committee's mission was clear: no part of the Township budget was to be used to build Campton Township Community Park. Instead, the Committee's members spent hundreds of hours searching for grants and private donations to fund the Park. They sought volunteers to provide the labor needed to construct and maintain the Park. Above all, they were not afraid to roll up their sleeves and grab shovels, spreadsheets, hammers, or any other tool needed to dive in and get the job done.

Now, with Campton Township Community Park fully operational, the Committee continues to oversee and direct the Park's development. Under their care, the Campton Township Community Park will continue to grow as a resource for recreation, community events, and family fun.
