This 349-acre site of three parcels was acquired by the Township between 2002 and 2005 to preserve the headwaters of Blackberry Creek. The HCA is best known for its scenic vista, trails, and educational kiosks. Features include:

A 221-acre site made available by the Corron family for Township purchase. Corron Farm is devoted to preservation of historic farmstead and natural woodland, savanna and wetland, plus re-creation of native plants.
