By November 9, 2004 the Campton Township Board of Trustees will consider all the evidence heard at the public hearings and otherwise submitted to the Board and either recommend adoption, with or without changes, or rejection of this plan as proposed herein.

If the Board recommends adoption of the proposed plan, it shall do so in writing. Within 30 days of said recommendation, the Board shall also file a petition with the Township Clerk to submit to the voters of the Township in the April, 2005 election the questions of whether the Township shall enter into an open space program using the plan and whether it shall issue general obligation revenue bonds to finance the acquisition of property in accordance with the Plan.

If the referendum questions are approved by the voters in the April election, the Board will begin the acquisition process through issuance of the general obligation revenue bonds issued over the next five years.

The acquisition properties as provided in this plan is anticipated to be accomplished within five calendar years following the adoption of the open space plan.
